Very viby close to times square and broadway.

Location was excellent. Staff were fabulous and so helpful.

What a great location if you're going to the theater, restaurants or Times Square. There are taxis waiting at almost any time or it was easy to connect to Lyft if you are using that as a mode of transportation. Takeaway breakfast was adequate and the choice of sit-down breakfast for $5 was a welcome surprise. And the beds were comfortable and the noise factor was not over the top. We have no complaints about The Edison.

The hotel is perfectly placed for easy access to Time Square. The staff are friendly and attentive. They take their security seriously. You have to show your key card to go up in the elevator. We saw the watchman catch someone trying to sneak up without a card (she acted confused about the question and then said she was visiting a friend). It is easy to have friends visit you there, you just need to meet them in the lobby and escort them to your room. The room was clean and well maintained. The carry out breakfast was good too (hot egg/meat/cheese sandwich with coffee & juice... or fruit or danishes)

The Edison could not be better positioned, 30 secs walk from Times Square. The staff were always friendly and supportive with rooms larger than the average in New York City. Grab n’ Go breakfast was always fresh and served immediately.
